Home Sweet Home: 'You need to have your midday medication' ...

The voice is kind and stern. I went to my working bubble again and forgot the time. 'Merde' (Shit) like the French are saying when I watched the clock on the wall. 'Bugger' It is well way past noon... I think I may still earn my nickname of Trouble again, but I will try to say Jack shit about it , again, until the last minute. Drank the 'Caca' medecine, late but cross fingers I will be alright. But to all of you try to have a sense of time in terms of medecine or even vaccine intake.

Waiting for my CT scan yersterday, a young male nurse talked to the senior one attending to me. It was about the vaccine, the Covid 19 one. Where to get it and so on. I was conscious at that time. I got involved in the conversation. From what the trainee nurse told, it was clear to me and the senior nurse that the young man didn't had his second vaccine fast enough. Because he had no clue of the where and when to do the first and the second one after the first one. It is true that it is a struggle to find information out there about the vaccine. So simple questions like the what, where and when to do so can be hard to have an answer to at this moment in time. You can always google and find lots of not helping stuff about campaigners against the vaccines but where is your closest point to get vaccinated is I am afraid to say not so much in the forefront.

We told the young lad where he could be vaccinated now in Watford. It is so important that he does so and he wants to do so but the misinformation out there is so abyssmal that he felt lost with the internet. I will say one thing, he did the good thing when he asked someone else. Crossed checking informations given to you is also essential. There are people on the ground, witness, or by experience that can tell you the hour of the day and never, never, be afraid to ask when you are not sure about something. We always can help one another. It is called CARE. Being Human with a Heart.

I must add one last word, Asda in Watford does have a Vaccine unit. This is where I got my second jab. It was fast, kind and clean. In, out, no fuss, no pain. Thank you Asda to help during this pandemic to give space to paramedics to get the nation vaccined and hopeffuly better.
